To conclude our year long celebrations of 10 Years of ATP, we are thrilled to be able to announce GODSPEED YOU! BLACK EMPEROR as curators of our Weekend 1 Nightmare Before Christmas festival this December.

ATP Founder Barry Hogan: "Godspeed performed at the Bowlie Weekender as well as at some our early ATP festivals, and so we are very proud to have one of our favourite bands back after a long break to conclude our 10th anniversary."

The festival weekend will run from the 3rd-5th December at Butlins Holiday Centre, Minehead featuring around 40 bands picked by Godspeed You! Black Emperor, who will also perform.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor will perform on all three nights in the Centre Stage venue. As this venue does not hold the entire festival capacity, ticketholders will choose one night for which they will receive a guaranteed entry wristband. Once wristbanded people have entered the venue each night, others will be allowed in on a first come first served basis allowing some people to see multiple shows.

As confirmed on Friday, to finish our yearlong celebrations of 10 Years of ATP, we are thrilled to bring back the event that started it all. In 1999 Belle & Sebastian curated The Bowlie Weekender, the event that became All Tomorrow's Parties, and this December they will return to headline and curate Bowlie 2.

The festival weekend will run from the 10th - 12th December at Butlins Holiday Centre, Minehead featuring around 40 bands picked by Belle & Sebastian.

This will be the second of two festival weekends from ATP this December. The curators for the first weekend (3rd - 5th Dec) will be announced on the 9th April. We will also be repeating last year's In Between Days event, which runs at Butlins between the two weekend festivals and features intimate performances from a range of bands. Details of In Between Days will also be announced on the 9th. Please note there will only be one ATP UK festival in Spring 2011.

All Tomorrows Parties has been promoting festivals and concerts throughout the world for the last ten years. It started in 2000 with Mogwai curating, in the unusual setting of Pontins Holiday Camp, Camber Sands. Since then the festival has appeared every year and has expanded across the globe continuing to set itself apart from large scale corporate festivals by staying intimate and fan-friendly.

The line-ups are chosen by significant bands or artists which results in eclectic events that combine performances by legendary and influential acts with appearances by the latest crop of experimental artists from any (and every) musical genre. The festival has become more successful with every passing year, and ATP events have taken place in the UK, USA, Europe and Australia, with past curators including Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Mike Patton, My Bloody Valentine, Portishead, Sonic Youth, Slint, and Tortoise. It's been called 'Unforgettable' by Spin and 'the most enjoyable festival experience of our reporter's life' by Pitchfork. It has spawned an acclaimed concert series (Don't Look Back), a record label (ATP Recordings), and a feature length documentary about the festival from Warp Films, titled All Tomorrow’s Parties.
